Job Summary:

We are looking for housekeeping staff to join our team and assist with changeover cleans of our luxury holiday cottages on Mondays and/or Fridays from March to September. A rewarding position in a beautiful setting using natural cleaning materials. Must be able to work during school holidays, on Mondays and/or Fridays for 3-6 hours from 10am. There may be opportunities for year round work if desired, depending on performance.

Your attention to detail and ability to work in a team and independently will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
  • Empty bins and replace liners
  • Strip and make beds
  • Assist with in house laundry, washing and ironing
  • Clean and tidy cottage gardens
  • Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning
  • Close communication and reporting to housekeeping supervisor
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Required Experience:

  • Employment as a Housekeeper working to a high standard
  • Exceptional attention to detail
