We are seeking highly experienced pastry chef professionals to join our team and lead their respective areas of production. Key Responsibilities

  • Daily production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in all baked products.
  • Manage ingredient inventory, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to plan seasonal menus and special promotions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot baking equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Baker in a commercial or artisan bakery.
