The Role Development of bespoke web applications using Laravel Maintenance of legacy web applications (usually Laravel) Development of custom WordPress functionality The Right Person 3+ years experience in a similar role within an agency A problem solver by nature with great attention to detail. Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and prioritise the right solution. An eye for detail and the ability to match a website to a design across multiple devices. A proactive self-starter who is always eager to learn and develop new skills. Laravel 11 HTML / CSS We’d Like It If You Have A grasp of digital marketing, including SEO, CRO, social media, email, and PPC and how they work within the wider strategy / service we deliver for each client. Experience implementing tracking scripts across different platforms, including Google Ads, GA4, Meta etc Commercial awareness – understanding the impact of scope creep, importance of key milestones and business priorities of clients.
