We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our Little Bears team at our Nursery in Wanstead Village. We operate to the highest standards, ensuring the children in our care are safe and secure, receive a wide range of activities, and enjoy an environment that supports and promotes their needs and interests.
We are looking for individuals who have:
- You must have an NVQ level 2, 3 or above qualification in Childcare
- Excellent communication skills with children, staff, and parents
- A good working knowledge of EYFS
- A clear understanding of all relevant safeguarding legislation
- Able to assist the Room Leader and management in providing good quality care and education
- Experience of key groups and effective daily management of the room
