Nursery Practitioners (Bank Staff)
We are looking to recruit qualified, passionate and dedicated full time or part time Nursery Practitioners to join our Little Bear’s team as Bank Staff to work over all four of our Nurseries:
- LB1 Wanstead Green – Wanstead, E11 2NT
- LB2 Wanstead Village – Wanstead, E11 2NG
- LB3 East Village – Stratford, EB20 1BD
- LB4 Elephant Central – Elephant and Castle, SE17 1EN
Little Bear’s Nursery operates to the highest standards, ensuring the children in our care are safe and secure, receive a wide range of activities, and enjoy an environment that supports and promotes their needs and interests.
We are looking for individuals who have: –
- NVQ level 2 or 3 qualifications in Childcare.
- Excellent communication skills with children, staff, and parents
- Experience working with nursery age children
- Provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times
- Able to assist the other staff in providing good quality care and education
- Able to maintain records to a high standard
- Experience of key groups and effective daily management of the room is preferable but not necessary

Little Bear’s Nursery was founded in 2004 by Shona O’Neill, a teacher with +25 years of Early Years experience. Since becoming a mother herself, the launch of Little Bear’s fulfilled a long-held passion to open a high-quality nursery providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment for children to develop and learn.
Over the years,Little Bear’s has grown into a group of London-based nurseries.We provide care for children aged 3 months to 5 years within our nurseries.
