We're now looking for a Staging Design Consultant to join our growing Staging Design Team — someone creative, hands-on and commercially aware, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing a concept come to life.
The Role
Working closely with our Staging Design Manager, you'll take projects from concept to completion, blending creativity with practical execution to deliver beautifully styled, market-ready homes.
Who We're Looking For
You're creative and organised, confident leading on-site installs. You combine a strong design eye with commercial awareness.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in home staging or interior design
- Strong space planning and technical drawing knowledge
- Proficiency in design software and inventory systems
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting and furniture specifications
- Outstanding organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Physically able to lift and move furniture when required
- A degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred but not essential with the right experience.

- Regular travel across Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex, South/West Wales & London
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when projects require
