We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kitchen Cook to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, menus, and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and variety
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Support catering events and special meal preparations as needed
- Use knife skills proficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food prep tasks
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction
