We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join us as a Lunchtime Assistant.
Monday to Friday 11.15am to 1.45pm all year round
You will be under the supervision and guidance of senior staff, and you will provide the highest level of care for children attending the nursery.
What do you have to achieve ?
- To assist the children during lunchtime with hot meals or packed lunches and to provide support and supervision.
- The individual needs of children are identified and met during staff lunch periods.
- Company policies, procedures and operational practices are adhered to at all times.
- Positive working relationships with children and staff.
- To work with a variety of age groups from 0-4 years.
- To assist with delivering high quality fun activities.
- Work as a team member.
A level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare is desirable but not necessary. We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is quick to learn and can make a difference to our team.
Our nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and requires all staff to share this commitment.
This position is subject to receiving 2 satisfactory references, completion of a 6 month probationary period and relevant DBS checks, and signing up to the update service yearly.
