About the Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you\’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
- Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
- Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
- Building strong partnerships with parents and families
- Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development

We\’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy and excellence to everything they do.
You\’ll need:
- A strong interest in working with children, to help them develop and grow
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A reflective, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow
- A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check
