About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner within our bank role, you\’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
- Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
- Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
- Building strong partnerships with parents and families
- Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development
What We\’re Looking For
We\’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy and excellence to everything they do.
You\’ll need:
- A Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A reflective, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow
- A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check
