Early Years Bank Practitioner
Location: Little Acres Day Nursery and Pre-School, 60 Oakleigh Grove, Rochester, ME3 8GY
We\’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Bank Practitioners to join our wonderful team at Little Acres Nursery.
This flexible role involves providing cover across all age-group rooms, with hours arranged to suit both you and the nursery\’s needs — perfect if you\’re looking for adaptable working patterns.

Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework (training provided if needed)
- Assisting with children\’s developmental observations and records
- Creating and maintaining an inclusive environment that reflects the cultural diversity of all children
- Building positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Committing to ongoing training and development,
- Attending staff meetings and open days as required
About You
We\’re looking for caring, compassionate, and playful individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive.
Experience in any of the following roles would be beneficial:
Childcare Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Playworker, Early Years Educator.
