We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a drive for early childhood education and a nurturing approach towards children. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners' lives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging educational activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Manage the day-to-day care routines of children, including feeding, napping, and toileting
- Provide individualized support to meet the diverse needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills in guiding and supporting team members
Experience
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in early years education
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners through creative teaching methods
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
