About The Position

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas.
  • Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs.
  • Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region.
  • Primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors to gain maximum mind share.
  • Establish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), design reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales.
  • Support and maintain LF’s Distributor Registration program.
  • Understand distributors requirements and recommend suitable electronic components (circuit protection, switches, power semiconductors, sensors, relay, and circuit breakers).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales in electronic components.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functions.
  • Ability to travel minimum of 50% to distribution branches within your region.
