    • Drive internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities across the site.
    • Monitor and report on product quality performance, customer complaints, non-conformances, and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
    • Oversee incoming and outgoing product quality, including supplier quality management activities.
    • Lead customer complaint investigations and facilitate cross-functional 8D problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Ensure compliance with the Quality and Business Continuity Management requirements within the Littelfuse Operating System.

    • Maintain integrated quality documentation, records, and management systems.
    • Track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to leadership and regulatory bodies.
    • Coordinate external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
    • Ensure effective communication of quality expectations across the organization.
  • Culture & Training:
    • Deliver or coordinate training on quality topics.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management.
    • Support employee engagement through committees, campaigns, and recognition programs.

About You:
