We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for designated product lines. As a critical link between our product, sales, and customer teams, you’ll ensure our strategies align with broader business goals while delivering exceptional support to Littelfuse and IXYS UK customers.

About the job:

  • Provide commercial insights — including pricing, forecasting, and budgeting — to support sales, product development, and marketing activities.

  • Develop and manage strategic plans for assigned product lines, ensuring financial targets are achieved.

  • Support and drive go-to-market initiatives in close collaboration with sales and business development teams.

  • Deliver technical support and training to internal teams to ensure product knowledge alignment across the organization.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering technical and service-related support.

  • Contribute to product line roadmaps and strategies through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions to meet goals and timelines.

  • Foster positive, productive relationships across departments to enhance communication and execution.

About you:

  • Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a related MBA.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales or product marketing (preferred).

  • Solid understanding of the power semiconductor market, technologies, and competitors.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; foreign language proficiency is a plus.

  • Prior experience in the power electronics industry is an advantage.
