The Market Development Leader is responsible for developing, building, and scaling Littelfuse’s presence in high‑growth automation and electrified industrial applications. This role will lead the identification, definition, and positioning of Littelfuse’s power control and protection solutions within complex, system‑level applications where reliability, safety, power density, and scalability are critical. This is a market‑creation and solution‑definition role.

The individual will act as the bridge and strategic integrator between external customers and ecosystem partners (OEMs, integrators, and subsystem providers) and Littelfuse’s internal technology, business development, and manufacturing organizations.
