Overview
In this senior HRIS role, you partner with HR leaders to define and implement Workday solutions across core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting, including AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll guide requirements, configure and test changes, and manage annual cycles like performance reviews and calibrations.
A significant focus is on building AI-driven automation within Workday and related HR platforms, while shaping future technology directions.
You will lead by example as a technical resource and mentor the HRIS team, driving data integrity and governance.

Responsibilities
- Guide HR leaders and Co Es to recommended Workday solutions and implement changes across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, processes, reporting, and security; manage annual cycles (e. g., year-end reviews)
- Serve as senior point of contact for complex Tier 2/3 issues; ensure data accuracy, governance, privacy, and compliance; document configurations and procedures
- Build, test, and deploy AI-enabled HR solutions and automation; evaluate new AI capabilities and contribute to strategic technology direction
- Provide formal/informal training and mentoring; act as senior technical resource to develop team capabilities
- Plan and deliver projects/releases; coordinate stakeholders, testing, and risk management; assess Workday releases and new functionality
- Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in HRIS/HR technology or enterprise applications
- Significant hands-on Workday configuration across Talent and Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
- Proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, security, testing, and release management
- Experience resolving complex issues and managing projects from start to finish
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and apply AI responsibly and securely
- Preferred: Workday certifications, AI/automation experience, Power BI or HR analytics, M&A experience, global deployments
