Littelfuse IT Support Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as IT Support Intern. With us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and kick-start your career in a truly global company. Spend 6 months as a paid intern and follow your career aspirations.

About The Internship

  • Kick-start your career in a truly multinational global company and gain hands-on experience in IT Support Team
  • Manage and coordinate incoming IT incidents and service requests, alerts: by phone or email
  • Guide and provide direction to the user community, conduct IT training
  • Order and prepare equipment for new employees
  • Have the chance to take initiative and provide ideas for improvements

About You

  • Interested in IT and curious learning about new tools and technologies
  • Feel comfortable in a manufacturing environment and are eager to understand how things work
  • Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently
