This position serves as the operational backbone of the commercial department, responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the sales process. The role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who can balance technical tasks, such as preparing quotes and managing CRM data, with high-level communication between our busy operations team and our commercial business customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Support & Administration:
    • Quote Preparation: Accurately prepare and issue professional quotes for commercial clients, ensuring all pricing aligns with the official commercial rate card.
    • Order Management: Efficiently book and process customer orders, ensuring all technical and logistical nuances specific to commercial accounts are captured.
    • CRM Integrity: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and order statuses within the CRM system.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates on order volumes and pipeline progression to management.
  • Operational Liaison & Communication:
    • Internal Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with the Operations Team to ensure service feasibility, successful solution implementation, and exceptional ongoing support.
    • Customer Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact for commercial business customers, providing timely updates and professional service to foster long-term loyalty.
    • Technical Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of commercial customer nuances to proactively identify and resolve potential logistical hurdles before they impact the client.
