Do you want to use your sales experience to maximise your earning potential and maintain or create a lifestyle which allows you to be free of any financial worries? Litt Recruitment are working alongside one of the North East's leading energy consultancies who are growing their already successful sales teams. As an outbound B2B Lead Generator you will be driven, hungry and money motivated. You will be responsible for winning new business and maximising every opportunity.

In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a generous base salary as well as a generous commission structure with on target earnings of up to £60,000.00 in year one.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an outbound sales role.
  • Energy experience would be preferred but is not essential.
  • Ability to manage your own workload/pipeline.
  • Confident educating customers on the market.
  • Self-motivated and a passion for success.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities through effective questioning, fact finding and objection handling.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional and articulate.
  • Ambitious character, driven and passionate.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • An ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment.
  • Team Player.
