Your Mission

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential commercial clients, creating high-quality sales opportunities for the wider team. Through proactive outbound activity, including calls, emails, and digital outreach, you will initiate conversations, understand client needs, and position the company's energy solutions effectively.

Working closely with senior sales professionals, you will benefit from daily exposure to experienced industry experts, learning best-practice techniques and gaining valuable insight into the energy market. You will manage and maintain accurate CRM records, ensure effective handovers of qualified leads, and consistently work towards performance targets that directly contribute to the company's ongoing success and expansion.

Offer Details

Salary: Competitive basic salary ranging between £28,000 - £40,000 (doe) + commission and company benefits.

Working Pattern: Office-based, Monday-Friday (3pm finish on Fridays)
