Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a part-time opportunity in a supportive, close-knit team? Litron Lasers in Rugby have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to provide essential support across our Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environmental functions. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will provide support for employee lifecycle transactions and HR projects, maintain HRIS systems. About the Role As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes and records. Working closely within a small team, you will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administration. This role is varied and will suit someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and keeping everything running efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and databases
- Support recruitment activities, including advertising roles and arranging interviews
- Assist with onboarding new starters and processing leavers
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts and letters
- Manage absence, holiday, and training records
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and HSE functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities. About You
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and HR/administration systems
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- A team player with a flexible and proactive \’can-do\’ attitude
- Previous HR administration experience is essential with HS experience desirable
- CIPD Qualifications desirable. What We Offer
- Part-time hours 24 to 26 hours per week
