The Litmus Partnership is seeking a talented individual to join us on our incredible journey. We are growing across all sectors and settings throughout the UK through building long-term client and provider relationships that work for everyone.
An opportunity exists for a time-served senior management professional wishing to be part of one of our self-employed Territories business in London and the South East. You will be innovative and driven, since success is achieved only through hard work and determination. You will sell and then subsequently deliver real, sometimes complex, projects that result in tangible improvements to all types of support services which affect the working life of every stakeholder.
You will work within a wide range of sectors and settings. It’s exciting, rewarding and stimulating work where your people skills and business acumen can be used to their full potential. Our most successful Consultants' remuneration is significant and can build to top £200k after a period of building their client base, acquiring field experience and working alongside colleagues collaboratively. All earnings are obtained on a commission only basis.
ExperienceA background in foodservice, hospitality or facilities management, either through education or employment, is preferred. You must be financially and IT literate with a good level of general numeracy and possess a clear and accurate writing style. You should have a track record of management within any aspect of catering or soft FM and be able to demonstrate your business acumen through your experience and delivered projects.
