We're after an event producer who can own a room from empty floorto last guest out — private celebrations, corporate nights andcurated gatherings across London.
This one sits at the centre of the house. You'll take an occasionfrom first brief to final strike — holding the client, thecreative intent and every moving part in one calm point ofcontact. When the plan changes at 7pm, you change with it, and theclient never sees the join.
What You’ll Do
Run an occasion end to end — brief, concept, budget, suppliers,run-of-show, on-site, wrap
Build and hold supplier and venue relationships, contracts andload-in/load-out timings
Own floor plans, production schedules and staffing rotas
Manage the night on the ground — crew, talent, security andservice
Look after the client and VIPs, and solve the awkward momentbefore it reaches the room
Close it out cleanly — reconciliation, supplier feedback,lessons for next time
