Full-time, On-site (Leigh, Greater Manchester)

Salary: £29,000 – £33,000 per year (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

· Creating, uploading, and maintaining product listings across Amazon, eBay, and our website.

· Handling large data sets and bulk uploads via Excel (cleaning, validating, and formatting product data).

· Managing and improving product assets – titles, descriptions, imagery, attributes, and A+ content.

· Maintaining our PIM system and ensuring data is consistent across all channels.

· Monitoring performance (pricing, content accuracy, sales rank) and flagging improvements.

· Producing weekly and monthly Excel reports (sales, stock, pricing).

· Assisting with basic Photoshop tasks such as resizing or enhancing product images.

· Collaborating with warehouse and customer-service teams to resolve listing issues and stock discrepancies.

What You’ll Need

Essential

· 1+ year experience managing listings on Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, data sorting, pivot tables).

· Confident using Adobe Photoshop (other Adobe apps an advantage).

· Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload.

Desirable

· Experience with eBay, Etsy, or Shopify.

· Knowledge of product data feeds, flat files, or inventory management systems.

· A willingness to learn new systems and take ownership of projects as the role evolves.
