Lithium3 require an experienced Data Modeler to look at the “as-is” reporting and data model assessments to inform reporting re-design before a large ERP upgrade formally commences.
Deliverables
- Analyse data structures as well as other Business Applications Data is stored (Salesforce, Workday) and existing reporting solutions.
- Document the current-state landscape and identify opportunities for rationalisation, optimisation, and future-state design.
- Your outputs will directly shape reporting strategy and architectural decisions ahead of the transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform as-is assessments of existing reporting and data models.
- Document current data flows, integrations, and reporting usage.
- Identify duplication, inefficiencies, and data quality issues.
- Engage business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Assess data model impacts on existing reports.
- Provide clear recommendations to support reporting re-design pre-upgrade.
- Produce high-quality documentation and assessment artefacts.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Modeler on ERP or enterprise data programmes.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
