OTE £60,000 with company car, Pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

As a Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

  • Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
  • Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
  • Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
  • Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
  • Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
  • Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to develop them
