Overview
Take the lead at Quickco Glasgow as a Branch Manager, where you will be responsible for driving performance, leading a dedicated team, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will oversee all aspects of branch operations, from sales and logistics to team development and customer satisfaction. Your Journey as a Branch Manager:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing branch team, with full line management responsibility.
- Take full ownership of branch sales, operations, resourcing, and customer service to consistently achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Show a proactive and enthusiastic approach to people management, including HR activities, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognising that our people are our greatest asset.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and branch standards, leading by example and championing a strong safety-first culture.

- Work closely and collaboratively with our field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities and overall business performance.

- Proven leadership experience within the Automotive Parts Distribution sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build, develop, and maintain effective customer relationships while driving customer engagement.

- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to make sound operational and commercial decisions.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
