Parts Advisor in Broughton

Due to continued growth, our Bretton based site has a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our expanding team. As a Parts Advisor, you will use your knowledge and experience to support our internal teams and build trusted relationships with external customers. Whether advising on the right product or ensuring timely delivery, you’ll be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

Previous experience in a parts environment and familiarity with distribution/trade counter sales businesses is preferable, as well as having an awareness and understanding of maintaining sales and margin.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

• Providing exceptional service to both trade and retail customers, supporting them with accurate advice and product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Accurately processing orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at every stage.
• Working independently and as part of a team to keep things moving at pace.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated computer literacy with knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
