Stratstone Stockport Porsche offers a basic salary of £29,741.4 plus a bonus of £5,400, pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). You will also receive exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.
As a Bookings Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance, and other aftersales-related bookings.
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.
- Enhancing customer loyalty and retention through authentic relationships.
- Being knowledgeable about our products and services, representing the brand with pride and excellence.
- Conducting follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry.
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in utilising computer systems, with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable.
- Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
