Our well-established JLR Birmingham dealership is performing exceptionally and we are seeking our next talented technician. You will be mentored by top JLR-trained Vehicle Technicians and work closely with an experienced Service Leader. Benefit from manufacturer training, a positive atmosphere, and ample support to develop your skills.
We welcome applications from Level 3 qualified students with aspirations, a willingness to learn, and the drive to become a fully qualified Vehicle Technician within 6 months. We will provide all necessary support, tools, guidance, and training.
What to expect from this role and programme:
- A dedicated mentor to shadow and learn from daily.
- An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular reviews to track progress.
- Hands-on experience in repairs and maintenance, including clutch and cam belt replacements.
- Within a year, you\'ll be capable of servicing and maintaining vehicles, from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks.

- Good organisation skills to meet deadlines and workloads.
- Effective communication skills and team spirit.
- Confidence in using workshop equipment.
