Responsibilities- You will be the driving force behind your Sales Team, igniting their motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved.
- Ensuring your sales team delivery and maintain a high level of customer service and achieving top CSI scores for your dealership.
- Responsible for the implementation of compliance regarding maintaining manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer, ensuring trust and integrity in all that we do.
