Are you a school or college leaver with a passion for numbers and an interest in building a successful career in finance? Our Trainee Accountant Scheme offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive professional training, and work towards becoming a fully qualified accountant.
In this role, you will be trained from the basics up to being ready for the role of Management Accountant. Our practical training includes rotations across all our teams, where you will work in 6-month periods covering areas such as Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable Queries, Banking, Credit Management, Reporting, and Assistant Accountant Reporting. We will support you in obtaining professional qualifications, including AAT, CIMA, or ACCA.
Based in our Finance Shared Service Centre, you\’ll be part of a dynamic team supporting our nationwide network of retailers. With over 200 team members and a focus on growth and development, we offer limitless career opportunities.

Candidate requirements:
- On track to secure A-levels in summer 2025 or have secured them in 2023/2024
- Hold 6 GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including Maths and English, with predicted passes in at least 2 A-levels or equivalent
- Passionate about a career in Accounts; no prior experience required
- Drive and enthusiasm to succeed
