Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Stourbridge.

The Sales Executive will proactively engage with customers in the showroom and by phone or digital channels, identifying needs and matching them with suitable vehicles and services.

Daily responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial enquiry through test drive, finance and insurance discussions, and successful handover, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across multiple brands, following up leads, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.

The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, finance, and aftersales to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and working to individual and team targets.
