As a Parts Advisor at Ferrari you will be the trusted link between our workshop, customers and suppliers—delivering exceptional service while ensuring the right parts are always in the right place at the right time. With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction you will help keep our workshop running smoothly and support retail customers with genuine parts and accessories that enhance vehicle performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice and guidance on parts, products and availability.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, working closely with your Parts Leader to ensure key items are always available.
- Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting relevant products or services.
- Maintain an organised, secure and compliant working environment across all areas of the parts department.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across other departments to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service with a positive and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using internal systems for stock management and invoicing.
- Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment is desirable, but we also welcome applications from those with strong customer‑service backgrounds and a willingness to learn.
- Full UK manual driving licence desirable, not essential.
