Your role:

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the dealership's sales performance while creating an environment where your team can consistently perform at their very best. You'll:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing Sales Team to achieve ambitious sales, profitability, and customer experience objectives.
  • Create a positive, performance-driven culture through regular coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey and achieving industry-leading CSI performance.
  • Drive departmental profitability while ensuring sales processes are consistently followed and opportunities are maximised.
  • Maintain full compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, FCA regulations, and Finance & Insurance requirements, ensuring customers are treated fairly at every stage.
  • Work collaboratively with Telesales, Retention, Aftersales, and the wider dealership team to maximise enquiry conversion and customer retention.
  • Ensure the dealership and vehicle displays are presented to the highest standards, creating an exceptional first impression for every customer.
