Join us as a Parts Supervisor – on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products.
- Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers’ needs.
- Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first point of call when they have a query; be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face.
Qualifications
- Experience within the motor industry; basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
- People-focused and an inspirational team player.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Customer facing experience and proficiency in IT systems and packages.
- Ability to work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, acting as the first point of call.
