The Dealer Management System (DMS) is at the heart of our UK operations. As custodians of this critical ecosystem, our System Administration Team is on a mission to build a vibrant, engaged and empowered user community—one where participation, knowledge sharing and collaboration become part of everyday culture. We’re looking for a creative, insight‑driven communicator to lead this transformation. Someone who can blend analytical thinking with flair, imagination and a passion for community‑building. Your Journey as a UK DMS User Community & Engagement Lead:
- Design and deliver a structured engagement framework that builds a thriving DMS user community across digital platforms and in-person environments, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing and active participation.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the WorkVivo user community space, creating engaging content, campaigns and communications that drive awareness, confidence and system adoption.
- Analyse support ticket trends and user feedback to identify recurring themes, translating insight into targeted learning initiatives and engagement activity that improves user capability and commercial outcomes.
- Create high-quality, user-focused communications and documentation, including guides, updates and learning materials, ensuring all content is clear, accessible, engaging and aligned to best practice.
- Establish and develop user champion and super‑user networks, creating opportunities for peer‑to‑peer support, collaboration and continuous improvement across the business.
- Support the documentation and maintenance of DMS standards, processes and procedures, ensuring they remain compliant, consistent and actively used by both the team and wider user community.
- Provide support to day‑to‑day system administration activities, including governance, compliance and system reconciliations, ensuring alignment with operational standards and controls.
Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, digital, learning or similar.
- A natural communicator who can engage different audiences and build strong relationships.
- Analytical and creative mindset—comfortable using data to spot trends and shape decisions whilst turning ideas into engaging campaigns and content.
- Strong attention to detail with great organisational skills.
- Experience (or interest) in HTML, analytics or MI reporting.
- Awareness of governance, compliance (e.g. GDPR, SoX) or ITIL principles is a bonus.
