Our Customer Experience team is growing, and we are on the lookout for individuals with sales experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for our Retention Executive role.
As our Customer Retention Executive, you’ll be actively contacting our existing customers whose vehicles are due for a service, MOT, & follow up work along with offering and selling service plans.
Customer service is key in this role to ensure we deliver the very best care to our customers through effective relationship building with customer satisfaction at the forefront of your approach.
You will have a strong desire to upsell products & services that meet the customer&aposs needs.

- Build rapport, provide excellent customer service skills, and understand the customer’s requirements.
- Working towards daily & monthly targets and KPI’s.
- Prospecting existing Customers whose vehicles were due MOT, Service or Repair work.
- Offering and selling service plans & products
