Hybrid working - requirements to work in the office twice per week. Salary up to £48,000 and pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

Data is central to that, and we’re seeking a BI Standards & Reporting Analyst to ensure our Power BI reporting is clearly defined, consistent, and trusted. You’ll be responsible for documenting data models, measures, and business logic, working closely with BI developers and analysts to maintain a single, reliable source of truth that supports confident decision-making across the business.

Your Journey as BI Standards & Reporting Analyst:

  • Own documentation for all Power BI datasets, models, and reports
  • Document tables, relationships, measures and business logic
  • Maintain clear data dictionaries and measure definitions
  • Create and maintain clear UK and Global reporting, showing how UK metrics align to Group outputs and where definitions or calculations differ
  • Keep documentation up to date as models and reports change
  • Review new and amended reports from a documentation and logic perspective
  • Work with BI developers and analysts to validate logic
  • Use structured extracts and metadata to support efficient reviews
  • Identify duplication, gaps, and inconsistencies in reporting
  • Maintain a single agreed source of truth for documentation
