Due to continued growth, our Manchester based site has a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our expanding team. As a Parts Advisor, you'll use your knowledge and experience to support our internal teams and build trusted relationships with external customers. Whether advising on the right product or ensuring timely delivery, you'll be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Previous experience in a parts environment and familiarity with distribution/trade counter sales businesses is preferable as well as having an awareness and understanding of maintaining sales and margin.
You'll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Provide exceptional service to both trade and retail customers, supporting them with accurate advice and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Accurately process orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at every stage.
