As our Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) Technician, you'll carry out the preparation and body repair of car and light commercial vehicles in an efficient, skilful and safe manner, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. A Bodyshop background would be desirable but this role may also suit a manufacturer trained technician looking for a new challenge. For this role it is desirable that you hold a full UK drivers' licence.
Responsibilities
- Making assessments of damaged vehicles
- Completing strip and re‑fitting work on accident‑damaged vehicles
- Fixing mechanical damage
- Requesting parts
- Filling in job cards accurately on completion
- Achieving a high rate of productivity
Qualifications
- Experience stripping and fitting a wide range of vehicles
- ATA qualified desirable
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
