Vauxhall Horsforth offers a basic salary of up to £25,396 (age related pay) along with pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.
We are looking for level 3 qualified college students who aspire to fast track their career as Vehicle Technicians in a franchised dealer environment. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced Vauxhall trained Vehicle Technicians and work with a franchise Service Leader. You will benefit from manufacturer training, a supportive atmosphere, and plenty of work to keep you busy and productive.
As a future Technician, you can expect:
- A dedicated mentor to work with and shadow daily.
- An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular check-ins to monitor your progress.
- Utilisation of your mechanical knowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
- The aim to effectively service and maintain customer vehicles within the year.
