In this role, you will help deliver strategic transformation initiatives that improve how we sell vehicles, serve customers, and operate our stores.
Working closely with Business Transformation Managers, dealership teams, and central functions, you’ll analyse complex challenges, use data and technology to identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of initiatives that create measurable business impact. Your Journey as a Business Transformation Executive:
- Support Business Transformation Managers in delivering strategic sales and aftersales transformation initiatives aligned to our Corporate Strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve store processes and operational efficiency, leveraging technology to make processes simpler and easier for colleagues.
- Support the transformation of the vehicle purchase and ownership journey across digital and in‑store channels.
- Work with dealership teams, central functions, and technical partners to analyse complex business challenges and identify practical solutions.
- Apply structured problem‑solving and hypothesis‑led thinking to support initiative development.
- Use data and insights to support business cases and informed decision‑making.
- Contribute to the delivery of multiple transformation initiatives using agile tools and methodologies.
- Track the adoption, progress, and business impact of initiatives against defined KPIs.
