As a Host at Audi, you'll be the welcoming face and confident voice of our dealership - the very first person our customers meet, and the one who sets the tone for their entire experience. You'll create a positive first impression from the moment a visitor walks through the door or picks up the phone, making sure every interaction feels effortless, friendly and professional. You'll be at the heart of the showroom's daily operations, managing the complete customer journey from start to finish. That means greeting visitors with confidence, understanding the reason for their visit, and ensuring they're introduced to the right specialist quickly and smoothly. In this role, every day is different. You'll manage phone calls, walk-in customers, enquiries, updates, and team coordination, all while maintaining a calm, polished and welcoming approach. It's a fast-paced, customer-centric position that gives you real influence over the customer experience and the flow of the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Give every visitor a warm, attentive welcome and support them throughout their visit in a friendly, thoughtful and polished manner.
  • Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism, identify customer needs, and connect them to the correct department or team member on first contact.
  • Maintain immaculate customer-facing spaces, ensuring showroom, waiting areas and reception look their best.
  • Manage the dealership diary, update records and support the team with general administrative duties that help the site run smoothly.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and stay on top of daily priorities.
  • Maintain a confident, professional telephone manner with the ability to listen, understand and respond clearly.
