This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our processing teams within our Finance Shared Service Centre, supporting our nationwide network of retailers. As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in the finance chain, assisting with daily operations such as:
- Processing invoices
- Allocating payments
- Handling purchase enquiries
- Balancing reconciliations
- Credit control
The role involves working physically at Head Office three days a week, with two days flexible for remote work.

You could be involved in:
- Collaborating with dealerships, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
- Resolving queries from stakeholders proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Processing invoices accurately according to company policies
- Conducting statement reconciliations to verify financial records
- Posting daily payments, processing BACS runs, and reconciling bank statements
- Using Receipts tools to record and track incoming receipts and payments
- Opportunities to undertake AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications
