As Senior People Partner at Lithia UK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a people strategy that directly accelerates commercial and operational performance.
Leading the HR agenda across our Stratstone Exotics franchises, you’ll partner with some of the world’s most respected and prestigious automotive brands; Mc Laren, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Select, Porsche, JLR, Ferrari and Lotus, aligning progressive people practices with ambitious business objectives.
This is a high impact role for a commercially astute HR leader who thrives in fast paced, performance driven environments.
You will champion a high-performance culture, driving organisational change, elevating engagement, and building capability at every level of the division.
Working in close partnership with senior leaders, dealership teams, and the wider HR function, you will ensure the seamless delivery of talent, employee relations, and workforce initiatives that enable operational excellence.
Balancing strategic influence with hands on delivery, you will translate business priorities into practical, measurable people solutions.
Ultimately, you will help shape an environment defined by accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, empowering our people to perform at their best and positioning the business for sustained success.
How you’ll make an impact as a Senior People Partner
- Shape and execute a forward-thinking people strategy that is fully aligned to divisional and organisational objectives, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable commercial impact
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing credible, data led counsel that informs key decisions and strengthens business performance
- Drive organisational effectiveness by partnering with leaders on structure, workforce planning and succession strategy, ensuring the right capability, in the right roles, at the right time
- Strengthen our talent pipeline by leading initiatives that attract, retain, and develop high calibre individuals, while embedding robust leadership and career development frameworks
- Embed a high-performance culture by championing performance management standards, setting clear expectations, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the division
- Elevate colleague engagement and inclusion, working with leaders to implement targeted action plans that enhance morale, productivity, and diversity across all teams
- Safeguard operational excellence in HR delivery, partnering with the HR Support functions to ensure seamless execution across payroll, onboarding, policy compliance, and process governance; underpinned by accurate data and best practice
