The predicted salary is between 57000 - 57000 £ per year.
Salary up to £57,000 with bonus, car allowance, pension, family PMI life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our store leadership teams, providing insight, analysis and financial guidance that supports strong commercial decision-making. You’ll play a key part in helping our dealerships understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and ultimately maximize business results. Working in partnership with operational teams, divisional leadership and our central finance functions, you’ll ensure financial information is understood, accurate and used effectively to drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with store leadership teams to provide financial insight and support commercial decision making
- Delivering forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting in line with group requirements
- Reviewing monthly financial reports and working with operational leaders to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Supporting dealerships with working capital management and cost control initiatives
- Ensuring stores complete required financial and operational checks, including stock and fixed asset reviews
- Acting as a key liaison between store operations and the Shared Service Centre (SSC)
- Supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, ensuring management teams understand assumptions and output
- Monitoring manufacturer bonus schemes, funding arrangements and compliance requirements
- Assisting with ad‑hoc financial analysis and requests from senior stakeholders
- Promoting financial best practice across the division and wider business
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- The ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
- Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting or AOP processes
