  • Assist with site security processes, including access control, visitor management, and emergency procedures.
  • Carry out regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and building presentation.
  • Support supplier management, including monitoring performance and assisting with quotes and cost control.
  • Promote and maintain health & safety standards across the site, escalating risks and supporting corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including IT, HR, and Property teams) to support office changes, events, and operational needs.
  • Support the wider Facilities Management Team in delivering objectives across the Group.

Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK Colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or building services role with basic plumbing or electrical experience.

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to spot issues early and take action.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.

What we can offer you:

  • Enjoy 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), giving you more time to relax, recharge, and do what you love.
  • Celebrate your special day with an extra day off on your birthday.
  • Our industry-leading Family Leave Policies ensure you’re supported when it matters most.
  • Take a paid day to volunteer and give back to a cause close to your heart.
  • We believe in recognising dedication and loyalty, that’s why we celebrate long service milestone anniversaries.
  • Unlock your potential with tailored training and endless career growth opportunities.
  • Commute for less with our cycle to work scheme.
  • Access high street discounts to make the everyday a little more rewarding.
