We are searching for a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding of the repair process, and handle all customer inquiries or complaints. If you have strong problem-solving skills, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, join us as a Service Advisor and become an essential part of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.
  • Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.
  • Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
  • Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.
  • Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; submits reports and receipts to accounting.
  • Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.
  • Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.
  • Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.
  • CDK experience.
  • Aptitude for numbers.
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
